Autumn is now upon us, and soon winter will blow in with its snow and cold temperatures. With inclement weather, and the shorter daylight available, we will spend more time indoors. This is the opportunity to work on our genealogies and finally get around to identifying old family photographs, organizing yellowed newspaper clippings, and archiving vital certificates. The NERGC 2007 Conference is being held at the Connecticut Convention Center, with the Marriott Hotel as the host facility. I know you’re thinking that you have already been informed about the Conference hotel, but it is an important part of the Conference experience. We invite you to participate in the Society Fair to be held Thursday evening, April 26, 2007, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The Society Fair is offered free of charge to Societies, libraries and organizations. It is your opportunity to promote your group. You may display brochures, publications, membership information, research facilities, and services. You are not permitted to sell items but you may take orders.
