Exhibit Hall

The NERGC 2023 Exhibit Hall will be open to registrants and the general public Thursday through Saturday, with many unopposed hours throughout the conference.

Booths are 10 feet x 10 feet, and the back wall is 8 feet high, side walls either 3 feet or 8 feet. Booths includes one, 8-foot table with skirt, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one exhibitor ID sign, 7 inches x 44 inches.

Additional, adjoining booths can be purchased at a discount.

Please note that image depicts a booth from a previous conference. Booth dimensions will be as described, but drape colors have not yet been determined.

Note: Participating Societies should be sure to enter their coupon code to receive their 25% discount.

Please note: After payment, you will need to sign and return the Vendor/Exhibitor Agreement which makes reference to this Terms and Conditions as well as a Vendor Booth Application which will ask for your top three location preferences with reference to this Exhibit Hall Map.
