If you have a query that is longer than the standard 4 lines of 80 characters each, please use this item to purchase additional lines as needed. For every additional line it will be $1 (for 80 characters per line). Once your order is complete, please send the query to the email address below with the below format.

Queries should be formatted as follows:
State the known information, then pose your question.
Please spell out the month to avoid confusion.
Kindly state the location before the date.
End with your name and contact information
For pricing purposes, a line of text is equal to 80 characters (letters, punctuation, spaces).
Once you have completed your order, please email [email protected] with your query as explained above.
Editor reserves the right to edit for space and/or clarity, without changing thought.
You do NOT need to attend the conference to submit a query!
Queries submitted prior to September 1, 2025 will be eligible for printing in the syllabus. Anything received after September 1, 2025 will be posted at the conference and later listed on our website post-conference.
