D. Joshua Taylor, a speaker at the upcoming New England Regional Genealogical Conference (NERGC), recently won an award at the highly successful and well attended RootsTech conference in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Josh, the Director of Education and Programs and the New England Historic Genealogical Society (NEHGS), won the RootsTech Distinguished Presenter Award for his presentation “Software Forecast: What Genealogists Need for the Future.”
The selection was made by polling conference attendees and the award was given out daily based on the voting results. Josh won the award for his lecture on the opening day of the conference and was selected from a group of forty-eight presenters.
