Calling All Genealogical Small Businesses

Do you have a small business with a product or service that would be of interest to genealogists? Perhaps you recently started one up, or plan to do so sometime in 2023? If so, have you considered the opportunities to highlight your business at the New England Regional Genealogical Conference, May 3-6, 2023 in Springfield, Massachusetts?

NERGC 2023 looks to be the largest gathering of genealogists in New England since 2019. (Our 2021 conference was “virtual” due to the pandemic.) The last time we were in Springfield, in 2017, attendance was over 1,000.

Our Exhibit Hall is popular with our attendees as well as our exhibitors. A booth in our Exhibit Hall starts at only $225 and provide a great way to get your products in front of a large audience of genealogists and family historians. Rent a booth and you also receive a full registration for the conference, a $190 value.

Don’t be shy. Yes, there will be large, nationally known companies in the Exhibit Hall. But there are also plenty of sole proprietors as well. Along with vendors, Exhibit Hall booths are also popular with genealogical societies, large and small, as well as family associations, who use a booth as a membership recruitment vehicle and/or to sell books.

If you cannot make it to Springfield this May perhaps consider talking out an advertisement in our syllabus. All attendees receive the PDF version and many additionally opt to buy a printed copy. Whichever version they get, the syllabus, containing handouts for all of the presentations, is a compendium of genealogical information that attendees refer back to repeatedly. An advertisement placed here can be seen many times. A full-page syllabus is only $120. A quarter-page is only $35.

Time is running out. If you are interested in either of these opportunities, please visit these two pages for more information:
