NERGC 2025 Syllabus Ads

Our syllabus is a collection of handouts for the conference sessions as well as material about the Consortium, the Exhibit Hall, the Society Fair, the Library/Archive/Museum displays and our biennial service award. It is distributed electronically to all registered attendees a week or so before the conference and also offered for sale as a printed book on the registration form.

Participating Societies are entitled to a full page syllabus ad and this ad should be forwarded to [email protected] before the ad deadline of 1 June 2025.

Ads can be placed in various sizes and purchased via our website (www.nergc.org):
• Full Page – $120 (7.25” x 9”)
• Half Page – $65 (7.25” x 4.25” or 3.5”x9”)
• Quarter Page – $35 (4.25”x3.5”)
• Business Card – $25 (2”x3.5”)

In addition to the advertisements, we are adding two additional options within the 2025 Syllabus:

Queries
We are bringing Queries back to the syllabus.

Queries should be formatted as follows:
State the known information, then pose your question.
Please spell out the month to avoid confusion.
Kindly state the location before the date.
End with your name and contact information
Pricing begins at $10 for 4 lines of text. Each additional line of text is $1.
For pricing purposes, a line of text is equal to 80 characters (letters, punctuation, spaces).
Editor reserves the right to edit for space and/or clarity, without changing thought.

You do NOT need to attend the conference to submit a query!

Queries submitted prior to September 1, 2025 will be eligible for printing in the syllabus. Anything received after September 1, 2025 will be posted at the conference and later listed on our website post-conference.

Lines of Remembrance and Gratitude
Know someone who supported a genealogical society or NERGC? Feel free to write an 80 character or less line about that person to remember their support or efforts in the 2025 Syllabus.
Lines of Remembrance and Gratitude are $5 each.

Ads can be submitted as vector art in DPF format, or as 300 dpi raster (bitmap) images in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format. Images should be in RGB color, but should be designed to look acceptable if printed in B&W. If saved as JPG, please use the highest quality (lowest compression) available in your software.

All ads are subject to review, and NERGC reserves the right to refuse any submitted advertisement.
