Sending Your Ad Artwork

If your sponsorship includes a syllabus ad, please email your artwork (high‑resolution image, .png or jpeg) to sponsorships@nergc.org with your organization name and sponsorship level. Deadline to return ad artwork is 12/15/2026.

Tote Bag Inserts

All sponsors may provide one insert for attendee tote bags. After your sponsorship is confirmed, we’ll send shipping instructions and deadlines.
