Welcome to the 2025 NERGC Exhibit Hall.
Vendors with an emphasis on genealogy related products and services are invited to submit an application for a booth(s) within the Exhibit Hall.
The Exhibit Hall, to be located in the Armory Ballroom of the DoubleTree by Hilton, Manchester Downtown, will hold up to 80, 8” x 10’ booths. The Exhibit Hall will be open to visitors on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, closing each day at 5:00pm. As is our tradition, the Exhibit Hall will be open to both conference attendees and the general public.
As there are a limited number of booths, it will be important to reserve your space early.
Please complete the Exhibitor Application and Exhibitor Agreement. Be sure to review the Invitation Letter, the Terms and Conditions and the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan, as a part of submitting your application.
Submit your completed application and agreement, and any questions to: exhibithall@nergc.org.
We look forward to your participation in NERGC 2025.
