Speakers, Exhibitors, and Lighthouse Sponsors: Please check your email before registering – you should have received a discount code to enter at checkout.  If you don’t see it in your inbox, email registration@nergc.org and we’ll help you out.

Detailed Registration Instructions

We are using Zeffy Software for Registration, from this you will be able to register yourself and one other person for the Conference, Pre-conference (Wednesday) and meals when paying with a credit card, ApplePay, or GooglePay. If you would like to pay by check, please fill out page 15 of the Conference Brochure and follow the instructions on the form.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations postmarked before 15 March 2027 will be subject to a $30.00 processing fee. No refunds are available after 15 March 2027.

Bounced Check – any payment by check that does not clear will be assessed a fee of $40 to cover our bank’s fees.

Ways to Attend:

We partnered with some of our speakers to offer their sessions both in-person and as a live stream for remote attendees during the three days of the conference. These pre-selected sessions will not be recorded.

  1. Does a Conference Registration include Wednesday, Workshops and Meals?
    • No, these are all purchased separately
  2. I cannot attend in person, is there a way to participate virtually?
    • Yes, there are preselected live streaming sessions that you may purchase, these will be not be recorded.
  3. How do I sign up for Ancestors Research Consultations?
    • Attendees will be contacted when we’re ready to start sign-ups for this popular event.
  4. I have special dietary needs, can you accommodate these?
    • First check the Conference Brochure for Dietary needs and menu options. If you need further assistance, please reach out to meals@nergc.org.
  5. What if I require accommodation to participate, who should I contact?
  6. I have a service or product that is of interest to genealogists, how can I make your conference attendees aware of it?
    • We have a range of offerings to choose from; Sponsorships, Exhibit Hall, Syllabus Ads. We also offer a Society Fair and a Libraries, Archives & Museum Showcase events. See our website for more information.
  7. I am a speaker at the conference; how do I register to attend?
    • You will receive an email from Registration with instructions.
