Once you are in the Zeffy Registration Software, you may use the categories to navigate between offerings.
Conference Tickets (in-person): Select the number of days you plan to attend the conference (Thursday through Saturday). You will need to enter the names of each person attending, this information will be used for their name tags.
Pre-conference (Wednesday): If you plan to also attend on Wednesday, you may select that from the Categories on the top. Be sure to click on more details… for each listing. Each of the Wednesday selections are for separate tickets, you will need to enter the name of the ticket holder for each selection. Be sure to check the times of the Activities on Wednesday as some of them may overlap. The Wednesday lunch and dinner buffets are set aside for mingling with fellow attendees—no presentation is scheduled.

Meals: You do not need to have a ticket to the conference to attend a meal. Please click on the more details… to see the full menu. Menu items are labeled for your convenience: veg = Vegetarian, v= Vegan, and gf = Gluten Free. If your dietary requirements or food allergies are not addressed by the available meal options, please reach out to meals@nergc.org and we will be happy to work with you.
Conference Workshops: There are 3 two-hour workshops during the conference, two on Thursday morning 8:00 to 10:00a.m. and one on Friday afternoon 2:30 to 4:30p.m.
Syllabus Options:
The syllabus compiles handouts for the Thursday–Saturday Conference sessions.
Conference registrants can access the syllabus in several ways:
- Free Download – About a week before the conference, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the syllabus at no charge.
- Flash Drive – $20.00 – A flash drive containing the syllabus may be purchased and will be included in your registration packet. Deadline to order is March 1, 2027.
- Print-on-Demand Book – $30.00 – Order a printed copy directly through Lulu.com. You’ll pay Lulu directly for the book, plus any applicable shipping and tax. A link will be emailed to you as soon as the book is available to order. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
- Pre-Ordered Printed Copy – $50.00 – Order a printed copy when you register for the Conference and it will be ready for pickup at the on-site registration desk. Deadline to order is March 1, 2027
Pre-ordered printed copies and flash drives can be picked up at the Registration Table—these items will not be mailed.
