Registration Software:
We’re using Zeffy for registration this year instead of Whova, this application is free to non-profits. Clicking on the Registration link will bring you to Zeffy where you can register and pay using a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. During checkout you will be asked if you want to donate to Zeffy, this is how they fund their application. NERGC is unable to refund donations made to Zeffy.
If you’d prefer to pay by check, please complete page 15 of the Conference Brochure and follow the instructions provided there.
Once you are in the Zeffy Registration Software, you may use the categories to navigate between offerings. You will also be provided a link to select your session preferences in the confirmation email.

Syllabus Options:
The syllabus compiles handouts for the Thursday–Saturday Conference sessions.
Conference streaming registrants may access the syllabus in 2 ways:
- Free Download – About a week before the conference, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the syllabus at no charge.
- Print-on-Demand Book – $30.00 – Order a printed copy directly through Lulu.com. You’ll pay Lulu directly for the book, plus any applicable shipping and tax. A link will be emailed to you as soon as the book is available to order. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
We partnered with some of our speakers to offer their sessions both in-person and as a live stream for remote attendees during the three days of the conference. These pre-selected sessions will not be recorded. This is a virtual attendance option for audio and video of the pre-selected sessions only. At the end of each presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to submit questions through a Q&A chat box.
